How can i fix my oven Candy F134/3?

When i attempt to switch on and heat up the oven the fan works fine but there is no heat, also the red light beside the oven nob does not light. The grill function is similarly affected ie no heat from the element and pilot light does not light up.
The timer LEDs are illuminated and the timer functionality appears to be unaffected. My Candy F134/3 is relatively new at around 2 years so i would like to fix it myself if possible. Can anyone point me in the right direction?
