Hello, I've had the Samsung RS21DCNS for 1 1/2 years and a few days ago we stopped getting water out from its dispensing machine though we still get ice, and now the fridge is'nt cooling the food even tho' i've lowered the temp and as a result i've had to throw a lot of food away. Pls Pls help as i can't trace the manual and this situation is terrible in the summer months to come.

If you can find the reciept, you should find that your fridge has a 2 yr Guarantee with it. if you cant find the reciept and have bought it from somewhere like currys they may be able to help as long as you've got an idea as to when you bought it.
