The flame has gone out & we have a code of F28, what does this mean?

Valiant Ecomax boiler, 3 years old, code displayed is F28 and there is no flame. Any suggestions?

f28 is a no gas code, I suggest you check to see if you have gas on your meter, if it is a card meter, check that it says on in the bottom left hand corner
