computer keeps crashing/freezing?

pc windows xp my computer keeeps freezing and asking me to send error reports, i do regulary de-frag it ?

You need to give more information about what you are trying to do when it crashes/freezes. BTW as you are on XP does your PC have at least 512MB RAM? (Right click My Computer. Left Click Properties. Hoe much RAM you have will be bottom right of the box that appears.)
