How to fix my toilet, make and model unknown (low flush system)?
When I push down the toilet handle to flush the toilet it flushes occasionally, due to the mechanism inside slipping and when it does flush, it doesn't use enough water to clear the toilet bowl, and the toilet handle stays down.
