samsung e900?

after dropping my samsung e900 in the sink it now cant get service even swapping sims,everything else works fine .can this be fixed or repaired?

Leave it in a warm place to fully dry out ( battery removed) for a few days, dont be in too much hurry to turn it on, you might be lucky !
