Shredder takes in paper then kicks it back out?

I have a Tech Solutions Automatic Paper Shredder, model number SD2310, Item number TS3500. When I put in a sheet to be shredded, the shredder takes it in about a half-inch and then kicks it back out. Is there a trouble shooting answer for this problem.

the reason it kicks the paper back out is because it thinks it has been overloaded, there may be something stuck inside the head, the board may be faulty, or the motor is weak.
