heating & hot water not working.
boiler comes on for 5 mins - radiators get slightly warm then go off. Red light keeps comin on. Sounds like it keeps trying to kick in - click click!

Certain sizes of these boilers require that you run 28mm flow and return pipes to the first radiator, even though the connections on the boiler come with 22mm connections as standard.
apparently the water cannot get away from the heat exchanger quickly enough, this causes the boiler to continually shut down on temperature as the water remains virtually static.
Check the size of your boiler with the manufacturers.
