I have just replaced the dc socket on my Acer Aspire 9301AWSMi, on the screen there are two wires one white and one black that connect to the motherboard, im not sure where abouts they connect to the motherboard.
When i took the screen off they just popped off and now in 'stumped' as i cant see where they came from..

Any help please..

see if you can fined the fused line on the mainboard just near where the wires connected as this will be the live circuit which should be the center pin on the connector.
