hoover soft wave 1000, can I use only cold water outlet?

have hoover soft wave washer 1000. there is one hot water hose and one cold water hose on the back of the machine. if I only connect the cold hose (don't have hot) will the machine warm the water itself or will I only have a cold wash?

you can use cold only but you must supply both connections using a y pipe
