how do i fix my washer dryer aquarius 1100?

hi i was wondering if anyone could help me i have a hotpoint aquarius 1100 washer/dryer the dryer is working as in the drum is going round but its not drying the clothes could someone tell me what this is and how to fix it please

Hello Kirstie,
If you have a condensor dryer you will need to have the condensor part cleaned out completely, you will be surprised how bunged up it will be.
