My W810i turns itself off at the slightest knock or jolt?

After suffering child induced saliva damage my Sony Ericson W810i turns itself off at even the slightest jolt or knock. The charging/ headphone contacts have also corroded and barely function.

Can anyone advise a course of action please

get a new battery i had a simular water problem which made it switch off after hitting anything solid. ebay is the best place to get one for 5 bucks
