Why is my food thawing in the freezer?

I have a kenmore side-by-side, and I noticed my food is thawed out and the door has been tightly closed. What could be problem?

i was having the same problem i ended up buying a new refrigerator when they brought my new one i notice water underneath the old one so i asked the guys who brought the new one in what they thought the problem was and they told me the condenser might of been going out
