What is causing the shaking and rumbling in central a/c?

I have a 2002/Trane/model# TWE048P13F80/ 1/2hp. The unit is rumbling loudly and shaking near the top so hard it can be felt and heard inside house.The unit is cooling fine. The outside
portion where the fan is seems to be OK. Any ideas?
