it sounds like the child lock is on press and hold 2nd and 4th button together for three seconds to disingage.

THis maybe the motor underneath. Take off with alan key and check connections.Mine was burnt out on the connection. Bl**dy rip off for the motor though £92!!!! but still better than paying someone to sort the obvious :O)
