Reception problems with SKY HD?

I loose reception during reasonably heavy rain, did not on the previous standard SKY set up. When working the HD is great but this just cannot be right had a new LNB fitted not sure if they fitted a new dish.

losing signal in rain is a classic weak signal problem. The recently rains has been particularly heavy though so it may just be that.

However, when the new LNB was fitted the installer should have checked the dish alignment. I'd get them back to fix it.
