How can I fix my PIR Floodlight?

Ever since some extreme rainfall and lightening 4 days ago, our PIR floodlight will not go off. I have tried cleaning the sensor, adjusting the timing and sensitivity controls and turning off the electricity supply temporarily, but the light still shines constantly. Any ideas please?
