How can I fix my crosscut paper shredder?

It was purchased at Staples. Their model number is SPL-826X. I need a nylon drive gear. Only 3/4ths of the teeth remain. Any good fixes or sources?

I have the same problem too. It is a well-known problem by Staples and they will NOT stand behind this product. They went as far as to say that they couldn't find my purchase records when I gave them the credit card used to purchase it. Wish I could find the receipt.
