Herschede 1940 Electric Westminister Mantle Clock?

I hope you can help. I purchased a Herschede 1940 Electric Westminister Mantle Clock from an antique shope.

How do get my clock chimes to go off on the hour and 1/2 hour. Presently they are chiming on the 1/4 hour.

remove nut holding hour hand on, before removal NOTE position of finger i e quarter past remove finger off shaft REPLACE finger at the twelve o clock position replace nut Job done will now chime at 12 & 6 instead of3 & 9
