When start programme, water fills then nothing else happens.

can u hear clicking from rotary switch after filling? (give it time) if so check brushes(with power off lol) if not, poss faulty level switch(disk shape wi clear rubber piping) may need cleaning or adjustment. very common fault is rotary sw totally goosed. if so check e bay
