how can i fix my sony ccdtrv318?

soon as i turn on the camcorder i get a fast flashing eject
symbol and C:31:22 tried reset and removing and replacing
the battery.
any suggestions.

SMack the camera on its nose as if a plane was crashing...NOt really really hard but enough to give it nice headache....Betcha that fixes it. It fixed mine. Seriously.
