no hot water or c/h?

my boiler wont fire up to heat water or c/h, the pilot light is ok, the thermostat is turned up, the programmer is set ok, what could be wrong & how can i fix it? Thanks in advance.

It is a vented system, with a Glow Worm Fuel Saver 25-30 Boiler

you need to find out if live is being switched to the boiler, have you 2 motorised valves or just one?

check your motorised valve which is located after the pump. the motor may be faulty.
there is a lever on the side move that over by hand and the boiler should fire up.
