My treadmill is at full incline and will not decline. A technician reset last time but I forgot procedure.

With the key inserted in the console, press one of the INCLINE buttons. WHILE THE INCLINE IS CHANGING, REMOVE THE KEY. After a few seconds, re-insert the key. the treadmill will automatically rise to max incline level and the return to minimum level. This will recalibrate the incline, for a Pro-Form 740cs.
