front discs on ford mondeo?

front discs are cracked and need replacing but are seized on. with rust presumably. how can they be removed. the car is a 2litre Zetec automatic

On some there are retaining washer's on the stud's on other's there is a retaining screw to keep the disc flush to the hub..... assuming these have been removed give the disk a bash from the back with a hammer.
