won't shut down!?
when the (dell) computer is shut down (either by pressing start or pressing the power button or even Ctrl Alt Delete then pressing shut down) the computer starts to shut down, but then just stops, the screen goes black the hard drive stops spinning but the fan keeps going and all lights (bar the monitor) are still on!
