i have a window that i cant open,not sure of make/model?

i have upvc windows but one is stuck in the closed position
only in one corner,but it still prevents me from opening it

Sorry i do not have the answer but i have extactly the same problem !!!! did you get yours resolved? if so what was the fix ?
If i fix mine i will let you know how i did it
