my windsor chair has a broken wood piece on the leg, piece that goes from leg to leg and also piece that goes across in the middle where can i get these pieces?
Find a local wood turner - there should be quite a few in your area - and take him/her the broken stretchers. He wil turn replacement parts which you can fit.
