i need to change one of the fuses but cant decipher the japenese lingo.any ideas

Take each fuse out in turn and take a look at the top of it. You should see a metal band going from one side to the other. If it is not there you have found the blown fuse. The colour of the fuse is impotant as it indicates the amperage. The Amperage is also printed on the fuse, ensure you replace it with the same one.
