How can I fix my cig lighter on my Ford Fiesta 2004?

I suspect that the fuse has gone but have lost my manual! Does anyone know if it is likely to be the fuse, and where the fuse box is likely to be - I've searched all over the damn car!

i think fuse box is situated behind passenger glove box, to gain access open lid and push inwards both sides of lid then it will open further. sounds like fuse blown.
