I have a 1GB LOGIK Mp3 player and it was working fine for ages but recently it has started to show the message, "Incorrect format, reformat the player" and then switches off. I have the software CD but there is nothing here to help me! I would be very greatfull if someone could explain how to format it in a simple way as I am not very good with computers!!!

The Logik is a highly unreliable piece of electronics - mine needs constant resetting - also very slow - waste of money - try a new iPOD.

Is this usual for LOGIK products?????
