How can I get a stuck CD out of my 2004 Nissan Sentra CD player?

When I try to eject the CD, it just makes noise but will not eject.
The CD will play; it just will not come out.

It sounds like your gearing is worn,
Take CD Player out of car undo cover screws and manually take out cd.. Check gearing and replace cog..
