Boiler not heating HW?

I have a vokera mynute 60 . The boiler switches on ( either manual or on the timer )and heats the CH but not the hot water. I have tried reset and on off button. If I turn the CH off it still does not heat the hot water.

I have same problem. Also get light tapping noise whihc may not be related. I'm fed up with calling expensive companies to repair it.
