i have the same prob only..that its with my mp4 touch screen it froze and wont load its only on the main screen ...i let it discharge but when i recharged it ..nothing changed its the same..how do i unfreeze it?..

No no no. u dont need to get a new mp3 player. all u do is press your restart button for at least 10 seconds, or u can let the battery die, which may take a day or two, and then chage it again. Hope that helped!
