My Zanussi aqua cycle 1100 wont drain?

The machine stops at spin as will not drain and there is a loud clicking noise from the bottom right hand corner beside the drain plug, How do I fix?

it could just be a blocked filter....... a small coin is prob in the pump impellor........check first but it could be the pump has failed....
