My Hotpoint Aquarius 1000 de Luxe WM25 Keeps Stopping During the Wash Cycle.
It starts off fine and then when it gets to wash you can hear the dial clicking as if it is trying to turn but nothing happens.
If I help it by just slightly turning the dial, it does go onto the next part of the cycle but then the same thing will happen and then it never gets to WASH.
Then you end up with a load of washing with the water still in them because the washing has not had a complete washing cycle and therefore does not spin.
