Radiator fans on Toyota Camry 1999 - both always running??
Fan 2 wasn't running at all. I replaced the missing relay (OEM) and the fan is always running; is this supposed to run even when the engine is not too hot??
(Fan # 1 apparently is intermittantly changing it's speed - though always running - from low to high)
