Renault Laguna (96) blower problem?

Blower in car has stopped working, also the cassette radio doesn't turn off with ignition anymore. Tried a fuse cannot locate one for it.

Not sure about the stereo but I had same problem with blower, dry joints on the resistor pack behind the glove box, replace in worse case.
