every time i try to read my micro sd on the computer, it wont read. every time i try to open it, it always says "Please insert a disk to drive H:". Can someone help me fix this?

Ray. Try this URL, go to the bottom of the page and download the program (Trusted ) http://panasonic.jp/support/global/cs/sd/download/sd_formatter.html
It takes a while but will make it as good as new. Let me know if it works for you at keveljay@graffiti.net
