my mp3 is frozen, while it still says Connected,is there a way to unfreeze?

sandisk 2.0GB, i connected it to my computer to add some songs in it. while i was putting songs, the mp3 said connected and it got frozen, can anyone help me????? i really want it to work.

all you have to do is hold the power button up for 10 seconds and it should reset itself.
