The back of my washer/dryer has screws that have an allen key shaped head. I`ve tried removing them, but my allen keys don`t fit. Is there a special tool that engineers use for this?
they are star screws.. you need a star screwhead.. they are cheap from any diy store.. the usually come in a pack of different sizes usually a couple of pounds
