Electricity went off.Now the VOKERA Mynute 20 will not start?

Electricity went off at daytime. In the evening the boiler did not start and there is no pilot flame. How do I restart the boiler? We have just moved to the house.

twist the left konb to reset for 5 sec if not try fuse it must be 3A
