Nissan CD player won't take CD"s?

Installed a Nissan factory CD player in 2000 Nissan Frontier. Everything works except the CD player. It will not take a CD into thie player. Any suggestions? Thanks, Kerry

Same problem with 04. I use two credit cards to push the cd in and to grab it out.
