Help with BT Studio 1100 please?

I have a BT Studio 1100 answer phone bought with 2 additional handsets. I have recently added another handset and managed to get the new set see the base and I could transfer calls and use the phones internally. We have had a power cut and now I cannot use any of the phones internally or transfer calls - do i have to reset the base as I have tried to set up as i did before but its not working. any advice on how to do this would be much appreciated.

I presume you have them workig now then? I had the same prob. Just turn the phones off by the bottom left 'R' button. Switch the base unit off, wait 10 secs and switch base back on. Wait 10 secs and switch the phones on, they will show 'BASE' and then Studio 1 and Studio 2 respectively
