my mp3 palyer use to show acoustic solution on the display and wont load again.what i think is that its should be reformat but i got the software installation disk lost.how do i go about it?

are you using windows XP because u should not need a software disk if not not and using windows 98SE or lower then you will need to contact the company.

P.S don't visit the companys site as there is nothing on there to help you becaus e i whent on there to see if i could find some infomation about my one because it keeps freezing my computer
