how can i fix my fridge/freezer beko ca5411ffw?

my f/freezer sometimes has a little water on the floor this accures about every 5 days.

I've Just bought the same fridge freezer and it could be that the delivery packing is still in place above the compressor at the bottom rear of the applience?
this consists of a corrigated card and two polestirene packers - just check at the back !!!
