My upstairs lights will not work?

The upstairs lights switch on the control panel ,which is in the understairs cupboard tripped out and will not reset?? Any ideas?

Only that sometimes a blown bulb might be still shorting out. You can make sure all light switches are off and turn them on individually to find which one is faulty, or the bulb may be discoloured. Any water coming in the loft !?!
