how do i bleed my central heating combi boiler and radiators?

i drained my system then refilled it ,the radiators upstairs are hot but downstairs they are cold.
have i missed something out?

could be an air lock.turn off all rads that are hot and see if the air lock clears.if the rads start working let run hot for 1 to 2 hours before opening upstairs rads again
