In my system affected by new folder.exe i unable to remove the virus

when you say newfolder and .exe
there both differnt things but
newfolder.exe will be a virus embeded into a folder

You do not say what, if any, antivirus you are using. If it does not find this virus (or you don't have antivirus), then 2 possible solutions (I would put both on)
First, AVG antivirus from http://free.grisoft.com/
Downloand the free version, install it update it and run a full scan. This should find and delete it.

Second,go to http://www.safer-networking.org and download Spybot Search and Destroy - also free and also install update and scan. Keep both up to date and run scans regularly.
