Fix Fault Citadel Vr8

The alarm goes off at random. The red “tamper” light is now on and stays on even when the code is input. Any suggestions? Citadel VR8

How to reset the tamper function on my Citadel VR8 alarm please. Desperate!!!

i've forgotten my code for the citadel vr8 home alarm system, how can i reset the system so i can enter a new code

damage to wire in one of the zones and have disconnected from alarm box however tamper light still showing on panel, any ideas how to get rid of this as no user manual
