Have you got a DVD blank disk in it????? if so, and it has not finished finalizing, then you may have a long wait! (See my other postings regarding OVERNIGHT) best way if their is a DVD in it, reset the power supply and press and hold the eject ON THE MACHINE while it's "Booting" up! If there is no DVD in it then it sounds like a software or processing failure, of which I have not come across yet!
